Light intensities Clause Samples

The 'Light intensities' clause defines the required levels of illumination for a particular space, activity, or equipment. It typically specifies minimum and/or maximum light levels, often measured in lux or foot-candles, that must be maintained to ensure adequate visibility and safety. For example, it may require higher intensities in work areas and lower levels in rest zones. This clause ensures that lighting conditions are appropriate for the intended use, thereby promoting safety, comfort, and compliance with relevant standards.
Light intensities. 1.5.1. Driving-beam headlamps The aggregate maximum intensity of the driving-beam headlamp(s) shall be such that the requirement in paragraph 6.1.9. of this Regulation is fulfilled.
Light intensities. 1.5.1. Main-beam headlamps
Light intensities. Main-beam headlamps The aggregate maximum intensity of the main beam headlamps shall be checked by the procedure described in paragraph 6.
