Lightship Prices. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the UNE Remand Attachment and this Pricing Appendix to the UNE Remand Attachment, the Charges that Lightship bills Verizon for Lightship's Services shall not exceed the Charges for Verizon's comparable Services, except to the extent that Lightship’s cost to provide such Lightship Services to Verizon exceeds the Charges for Verizon's comparable Services and Lightship has demonstrated such cost to Verizon, or, at Verizon's request, to the Commission or the FCC.
