Common use of Like Treatment of Purchasers and Holders Clause in Contracts

Like Treatment of Purchasers and Holders. The Company shall not, directly or indirectly, redeem any Securities unless such offer of redemption is made pro rata to all Purchasers or holders of Securities, as the case may be, on identical terms. For clarification purposes, this provision constitutes a separate right granted to each Purchaser by the Company and negotiated separately by each Purchaser, and shall not in any way be construed as the Purchasers acting in concert or as a group with respect to the purchase, disposition or voting of Securities or otherwise.
