Limit of Liability for Directory Assistance, White Pages, Yellow Pages or Other Directory Errors. Breezeline’s liability arising from errors in or omissions of directory listings as a result of Breezeline’s negligence, shall be limited to and satisfied by a refund not exceeding the amount of any charges associated with the directory listing in which the error or omission occurs. Breezeline, in accepting listings as prescribed by Xxxxxxxx, will not assume responsibility for the result of the publication of such listings in directories, nor will Breezeline be a party to controversies arising between Customer and others as a result of such publication.
