Limit on Amount of Notes. The Notes will be limited in aggregate principal amount to $745,000,000 and may, upon execution of this Third Supplemental Indenture, be executed by the Company and delivered to the Trustee for authentication, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver said Notes in accordance with a Company Order.
