Limit on Distributions. The Borrower shall make no Distributions unless the actual FCCR for the Borrower for the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the proposed Distribution and the reasonably projected FCCR for the subsequent twelve (12) months are and shall be at least equal to the Minimum FCCR as specified in the box at the beginning of this Agreement. If the actual FCCR for the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the proposed Distribution and the reasonably projected FCCR for the subsequent twelve (12) months are and shall be at least equal to the Minimum FCCR, then the Borrower may make a Distribution, but only up to the amount by which the actual FCCR for the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the proposed Distribution exceeds the Minimum FCCR.
