Limit on Number of Changes in Control. Regardless of any provision of this Agreement, if more than one Change in Control (whether or not related) occurs during the Term, the total amount payable under this Agreement will be the largest amount (after application of Section 5.02[1] or [2]) calculated with respect to any single change in control occurring during the Effective Period.
