Limit on Other Income-Based Agreements. You agree that you have not and will not enter into additional income-based agreements with us or another person that, in the aggregate, obligate you to pay a total share of your income exceeding fifteen (15) percent of your Earned Income. Loans with income-driven repayment plans, including federal student loans, will not be considered private income-based agreements under this Section.
