Limit on Repayments of all Tranches. No amounts on deposit in a Principal Funding sub-Account for any Tranche of Class A Notes or Class B Notes will be applied to pay principal of that Tranche or to make a payment under a Derivative Agreement with respect to principal of that Tranche in excess of the highest Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of that Tranche (or, in the case of foreign currency notes, such other amount that may be specified in the related Terms Document). In the case of any Tranche of Class C Notes, no amounts on deposit in a Principal Funding sub-Account or, if applicable, a Class C Reserve sub-Account for any such Tranche will be applied to pay principal of that Tranche or to make a payment under a Derivative Agreement with respect to principal of that Tranche in excess of the highest Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of that Tranche (or, in the case of foreign currency notes, such other amount that may be specified in the related Terms Document). In the case of any Tranche of Class D Notes, no amounts on deposit in a Principal Funding sub-Account or, if applicable, a Class D Reserve sub-Account for any such Tranche will be applied to pay principal of that Tranche or to make a payment under a Derivative Agreement with respect to principal of that Tranche in excess of the highest Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of that Tranche (or, in the case of foreign currency notes, such other amount that may be specified in the related Terms Document).
