Trading Conditions – the specific trading conditions published in the Company’s Website, including trading hours, minimum and maximum quantities, Corporate Actions, expiration dates, margin requirements, instrument specifications and trading rules. Trading Platform – the Company’s proprietary on-line trading system (together with any other programs, tools, services, upgrades, bug fixes and updates if any, and the underlying code thereto). Transaction(s) – either the buy or a sell of a CFD or any other Financial Instrument. Underlying Asset - any share, ETF, commodity, future contract, exchange rate, indices, or other financial instrument, which form the underlying instruments of the CFDs offered through the Trading Platform. Used Margin – the amount of funds that acts as collateral for the Client's Positions. Working Day - any day on which banks are open for business in Cyprus.
