LIMITATION FOR ACCEPTANCE. In the event that the person or persons composing a proposed successor dealership to which any offer of an Interim Agreement or Standard Sales and Service Agreement for COMPANY PRODUCTS shall have been made pursuant to this paragraph 20 shall not accept the same within thirty (30) days after notification to them of such offer, such offer shall automatically expire. REACQUISITION OF COMPANY PRODUCTS AND ACQUISITION OF THE DEALER'S SIGNS, SPECIAL TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT, AND MAINTENANCE ITEMS
