Common use of Limitation of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Amendment. Except as expressly provided herein, the terms, covenants and conditions of the Employment Agreement shall remain unamended and shall continue to be and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms. The terms set forth herein shall be limited precisely as provided for herein to the provisions expressly referred to herein and shall not be deemed an amendment or modification of or consent to any other term or provision of the Employment Agreement, or otherwise prejudice any right or remedy which either party may now have or may have in the future under or in connection with the Employment Agreement.
