Limitation of Applicability of Certain Covenants if Notes Rated Investment Grade. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company's and its Restricted Subsidiaries' obligations to comply with the provisions of this Indenture described in Sections 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.17, 4.18, 4.19 and 5.01(a)(iv) will terminate and cease to have any further effect from and after the first date when the Notes are rated Investment Grade.
