Limitation of Bank’s Liability for Unauthorized Transactions. Our liability is limited to reimbursing you for the amount of an unauthorized transaction, up to the amount on the Card immediately before the unauthorized transaction occurs. However, we will only be liable for any such amount after you have notified us that the Card has been lost or stolen and if we were able to lock the Card from further use. For example, if you are unable to provide us with the Card number or other information that allows us to obtain the Card number, then we will be unable to lock the Card. We are not liable for any claims of special, indirect or consequential damages.
