Limitation of Contributions of the Limited Partners. The Limited Partners shall not have any obligation to make capital contributions or other payments to the Partnership but, if requested by the Company, a Limited Partner shall have the right to make capital contributions or other payments to the Partnership with the consent of such Limited Partner.
