Common use of Limitation of Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Disclosure. The Parties agree that, except as otherwise may be required by applicable laws, regulations, rules or orders, including without limitation the rules and regulations, and except as may be authorized in Section 18 and unless otherwise agreed in the Agreement, no information concerning this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein shall be made public by either Party without the prior written consent of the other.
