Limitation of Expense Reimbursements. The expenses of the Depositary otherwise reimbursable to it under the terms of this Agreement and the fees payable to it hereunder shall not exceed the lesser of (i) an amount equal to 90% of the competitive price which would be charged by non-affiliated persons rendering similar services in the same or comparable geographic location or (ii) the costs and expenses of the Depositary incurred in rendering such services.
