Limitation of Fiduciary Duties. The Covered Persons shall be subject to fiduciary duties or to personal liability for breaches of these duties only as provided in this Agreement. Any fiduciary duties not expressly provided for in this Agreement for such Persons are hereby waived to the fullest extent permitted by the Act.
