Common use of Limitation of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Guaranty. Any term or provision of this Guaranty or the Credit Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the maximum aggregate amount of the Obligations for which the Guarantor shall be liable shall not exceed the maximum amount for which the Guarantor can be liable without rendering this Guaranty voidable under applicable law relating to fraudulent conveyance or fraudulent transfer.

Limitation of Guaranty. Any Notwithstanding any term or provision of this Guaranty or the Credit Agreement Indenture to the contrary notwithstandingcontrary, the maximum aggregate amount of the Obligations for which the obligations guaranteed hereunder by Guarantor shall be liable shall not exceed the maximum amount for which the Guarantor that can be liable guaranteed hereunder by Guarantor without rendering this Guaranty the Guaranty, as it relates to Guarantor, voidable under applicable law relating to fraudulent conveyance or fraudulent transfertransfer or similar laws affecting the rights of creditors generally.
