Limitation of Holders’ Liability. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 2.10, no Holder shall be liable for indemnification or contribution pursuant to this Section 2.10 for any amount in excess of the net proceeds received by such Holder from the sale of Registrable Securities pursuant to a Registration Statement.
