Common use of Limitation of Indenture Trustee’s Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Indenture Trustee’s Liabilities. Notwithstanding any provision herein or in any of the other Operative Agreements to the contrary, Indenture Trustee’s obligation to take or refrain from taking any actions, or to use its discretion (including, but not limited to, the giving or withholding of consent or approval and the exercise of any rights or remedies under such Operative Agreements), and any liability therefor, shall, in addition to any other limitations provided herein or in the other Operative Agreements, be limited by the provisions of the Indenture, including, but not limited to, Article VI thereof.
