Limitation of Landlord’s Personal Liability. Tenant shall look solely to Landlord’s interest in the Demised Premises, for the recovery of any judgment against Landlord, and no other property or assets of Landlord or Landlord’s partners, members, officers, directors, shareholders or principals, direct or indirect, disclosed or undisclosed, shall be subject to levy, execution or other enforcement procedure for the satisfaction of Tenant’s remedies under or with respect to this lease.

Limitation of Landlord’s Personal Liability. Tenant shall look solely to Landlord’s interest in the Demised Premises, Project (which shall include rents and the net proceeds of any sale of all or any part of the Project by Landlord) for the recovery of any judgment against Landlord, and no other property or assets of Landlord or Landlord’s partners, members, officers, directors, shareholders or principals, direct or indirect, disclosed or undisclosed, shall be subject to levy, execution or other enforcement procedure for the satisfaction of Tenant’s remedies under or with respect to this leaseLease.

Limitation of Landlord’s Personal Liability. Tenant shall look solely to Landlord’s Xxxxxxxx's interest in the Demised PremisesBuilding and Land (including without limitation, insurance proceeds, rent proceeds m1d/or the proceeds of any sale or refinancing thereof) for the recovery of any monetary judgment against Landlord, and no other property or assets of Landlord or Landlord’s 's partners, members, officers, directors, shareholders or principals, direct or indirect, disclosed or undisclosed, shall be subject to levy, execution or other enforcement procedure for the satisfaction of Tenant’s 's remedies under or with respect to this leaseLease.

Tenant shall look solely to Landlord’s interest (or the sales proceeds thereof, but not insurance or condemnation proceeds) in the Demised Premises, Project for the recovery of any judgment against Landlord, and no other property or assets of Landlord or Landlord’s partners, members, officers, directors, shareholders or principals, direct or indirect, disclosed or undisclosed, shall be subject to levy, execution or other enforcement procedure for the satisfaction of Tenant’s remedies under or with respect to this leaseLease.
