Common use of Limitation of Liability of the Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Liability of the Limited Partners. No Limited Partner shall be bound by, or be personally liable for, the expenses, liabilities, or obligations of the Partnership in excess of its Capital Contributions to the Partnership plus such additional amounts determined pursuant to Section 5.5.

Limitation of Liability of the Limited Partners. No Except as otherwise required by law, no Limited Partner shall be bound by, or nor be personally liable for, the expenses, liabilities, or obligations of the Partnership Partnership. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Limited Partner shall be required to pay to the Partnership, at such times and subject to the conditions set forth herein, all amounts that such Limited Partner has agreed to pay in excess respect of its Capital Contributions Commitment and to deliver such other amounts it is obligated to pay over to the Partnership plus such additional amounts determined pursuant to Section 5.5this Agreement.
