Common use of Limitation of Liability to Revenues Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Liability to Revenues. Notwithstanding anything in this Indenture contained, the Issuer shall not be required to advance any moneys derived from any source, other than the Revenues, for any of the purposes mentioned in this Indenture, whether for the payment of the principal of or interest on the Bonds or for any other purpose of this Indenture. The Bonds are limited obligations of the Issuer, and are payable from and secured by the Revenues only. The Issuer shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims or actions, of any conceivable kind on any conceivable theory, under or by reason of or in connection with the Loan Agreement, the Bonds or this Indenture, except only to the extent amounts are received for the payment thereof under the Loan Documents.
