Limitation of Licensor Liability. Licensor's maximum liability to Licensee under this agreement, regardless on what basis liability is asserted, shall in no event exceed the total Royalty amounts paid to Licensor under this Agreement. Licensor shall not be liable to Licensee for any incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages.
