Common use of Limitation of Liens on Collateral Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Liens on Collateral. You will not create, permit or suffer to exist, and will defend the Collateral against and take such other action as is necessary to remove, any lien, security interest, encumbrance, claim or right, in or to the Collateral, except for Permitted Encumbrances and will defend our right, title and interest in and to any of your rights under the Licenses and to the Proceeds thereof against the claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
