Limitation of Liquidating Trustee’s Authority. (a) Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Liquidating Trustee shall not be authorized to engage in any trade or business, and shall not take such actions inconsistent with the orderly liquidation of the Liquidating Trust Assets as are required or contemplated by applicable law, the Plan, the Schemes and this Trust Agreement.
