Limitation of Obligations of the Company. Notwithstanding any other part of this Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Member expressly agrees that any claim hereunder against the assets of the Company, including in respect of a breach of representation or warranty or indemnification, will be expressly subordinated to the payment in full of all Securities.
