Limitation of Remedies. Where legislation or rule of law implies into the Agreement a condition or warranty that cannot be excluded or modified by contract, the condition or warranty is deemed to be included in the Agreement. However, Our liability for any breach of that condition or warranty is limited, at the Our option, to: 10.4.1. supplying the Services again; and/or 10.4.2. paying the costs of having the Services supplied again.
