Limitation of Section. The provisions of this Section are subject to and limited by the provisions of Sections 7.4, 8.2, and 9.2. Except to the extent elected by Employee under Section 7.4, or by the Company under Section 8.2 or 9.2, the provisions of this Section shall not apply to any action brought pursuant to Sections 7.4, 8.2, or 9.2.
