Common use of Limitation of Services Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Services. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, in no event shall Seller be obligated to acquire additional assets, equipment, rights or properties (including, without limitation computer equipment, software, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, machinery, vehicles, tools and other tangible personal property) that Seller would not provide, make or acquire in the ordinary course of its business as of the date hereof. Seller shall not be required to perform any Service hereunder that violates or contravenes any applicable Legal Requirement.
