Limitation Of Tenant’s Recourse. If Landlord is a corporation, trust, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, unincorporated association, or other form of business entity, Tenant agrees that (i) the obligations of Landlord under this Lease shall not constitute personal obligations of the officers, directors, trustees, partners, joint venturers, members, owners, stockholders, or other principals of such business entity, and (ii) Tenant shall have recourse only to the property of such corporation, trust, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, unincorporated association, or other form of business entity for the satisfaction of such obligations and not against the assets of such officers, directors, trustees, partners, joint venturers, members, owners, stockholders or principals.
