Common use of Limitation of the Directors’ Authority Clause in Contracts

Limitation of the Directors’ Authority. The Directors are not authorized to engage in any trade or business with respect to the Trust Assets or proceeds therefrom. The foregoing limitation shall not prevent the Directors from managing the investment of the Trust Assets.
