Common use of Limitation of This Exhibit E Clause in Contracts

Limitation of This Exhibit E. Nothing in this Exhibit E shall negate, abridge or reduce the Contractor’s responsibilities or liabilities under the Agreement or applicable law, the meaning and effect of the provisions of this Exhibit E being limited to setting out the Contractor’s express obligations with respect to insurance. By requiring insurance, the Owner does not guarantee that the insurance is sufficient to cover all the risks the Contractor may face. The Contractor’s liability is not limited to insurance.
