Limitation on Accounting Changes or Changes in Fiscal Periods. The Parent shall not, nor shall it permit any of its Subsidiaries to permit (a) any change in any of its accounting policies affecting the presentation of financial statements or reporting practices, except as required or permitted by GAAP or (b) the fiscal year of the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries to end on a day other than December 31 or change the Parent’s method of determining fiscal quarters.
