Common use of Limitation on Actions of Members; Binding Authority Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Actions of Members; Binding Authority. No Member shall take any action on behalf of, or in the name of, the Company, or enter into any contract, agreement, commitment or obligation binding upon the Company, or, in its capacity as a Member or Manager of the Company, perform any act in any way relating to the Company or the Company’s assets, except in a manner and to the extent consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
