Limitation on Aggregate Principal Amount. The Securities will be initially issued in an aggregate principal amount of $350,000,000; provided that the Company may from time to time, without giving notice to or seeking the consent of the Holders of the Securities, issue securities having the same terms (other than the issue price, interest accrual date and, in some cases, the first interest payment date) and any additional securities (the “Additional Securities”) having such similar terms, together with the applicable Securities, will constitute a single Series of Securities under the Indenture; provided, however, that no Additional Securities shall be issued that are not fungible for U.S. Federal income tax purposes with any other securities issued under the Indenture.
