Limitation on Amendment of Policies and Articles. (a) For so long as the Shareholders’ Ownership Percentage in the aggregate is equal to or greater than 35%, Highworld and ELQ VIII shall use all reasonable endeavors to maintain the Company’s existing Policies (as amended from time to time for compliance with applicable laws and regulations), save to the extent both Highworld and ELQ VIII both agree to any such amendment.
