Limitation on Amendments to Covenant. 1.6.1. This Covenant shall not be amended or modified without the prior, written consent of the Subject Property Owner and the County, in their respective, sole and exclusive discretion. Any proposed modification to this Covenant shall be first referred to all applicable Association’s governing the Subject Property and the Association(s) shall be given a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the proposed amendment prior to its execution.
