Limitation on Changes in Fiscal Periods. Change the Fiscal Year or method of determining Fiscal Quarters, in each case, without the prior written consent of Administrative Agent, except that Borrower may change its Fiscal Year to a Fiscal Year that commences on each January 1 and ends on each December 31.
