Limitation on Conduct of Business. The Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries will not engage in any businesses which are not reasonably similar, ancillary, complementary or related to the businesses in which the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries are engaged in on the Issue Date except to such extent as would not be material to the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.
