LIMITATION ON CORPORATE ACTS. 9.6.1 Subrecipient shall not amend its articles of incorporation or bylaws, move to dissolve or transfer any assets obtained using Subaward Sums, or take any other steps which may materially affect the performance of this Subaward without first notifying County in writing no less than thirty (30) days prior to said action. Subrecipient shall notify County's Contract Manager immediately in writing of any change in Subrecipient's corporate name.
