Common use of Limitation on Creation of Unrestricted Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Creation of Unrestricted Subsidiaries. The Company may designate any of its Subsidiaries to be an “Unrestricted Subsidiary” as provided below, in which event such Subsidiary and each other Person that is a Subsidiary of such Subsidiary shall be deemed to be an Unrestricted Subsidiary.
