Limitation on Deductions. Buyer hereby agrees that, in making any and all payments to eNow under the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, no deductions for warranty or any such other claims against eNow shall be made unless Buyer receives from eNow prior approval of the validity of such a claim; any costs for shipping defective Products to eNow shall be borne by eNow.
