Limitation on Deferrals and Suspensions. The Company and the Guarantors shall not be permitted to defer registration or require the Noteholder to suspend an offering pursuant to this Section 2 if the duration of all such deferrals or suspensions would for any individual deferral or suspension pursuant to Section 2(a)(i), (ii) or (iii) exceed sixty (60) consecutive days or if the duration of all such deferrals or suspensions would in the aggregate exceed one hundred ninety-five (195) days in any 12-month period.
