Limitation on Designations of Unrestricted Subsidiaries. (a) The Board of Directors of the Company may designate (a "Designation") any Restricted Subsidiary of the Company (including any newly acquired or newly formed Subsidiary of the Company) to be an Unrestricted Subsidiary of the Company, so long as such Designation would not cause a Default.
