Common use of Limitation on Directions to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Directions to Trustee. The Holders and the Depositor shall not direct the Trustee to take or refrain from taking any action if such action or inaction would be contrary to any obligation of the Trust or the Trustee under this Trust Agreement or any of the documents to which the Trust is a party or would be contrary to Section 3.3 hereof, nor shall the Trustee be obligated to follow any such direction, if given.
