Limitation on Effect of Waiver. Failure on the part of WSP to exercise, or WSP’s delay in exercising, any of WSP’s rights hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver or waiver of other breaches of this Agreement. Any single or partial exercise by a party of any right shall not preclude any other or future exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right in the Agreement.
