Common use of Limitation on Interest Periods Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Interest Periods. After giving effect to all Borrowings, all conversions of Loans from one Type to the other, and all continuations of Loans as the same Type, there will (i) not be more than ten Interest Periods in effect with respect to all Revolving Credit Loans and (ii) of this, not be more than five Interest Periods in effect with respect to all Eurodollar Rate Loans denominated in any Alternative Currency.
