Limitation on Interest Periods. Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Agreement, after giving effect to any Borrowing or conversion or continuation of any Loans, there shall not be more than 10 different Interest Periods for Loans in effect without the consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Banks.
